Together with the mixer, the skip hoists form part of the critical production machinery. Therefore, robust construction, precise manufacturing and installation, and good wear protection are the keys to maximum production.<\/p>

The size and shape of the skips are sized according to the feed opening of the mixer and the conveyor feeding. If necessary, a grizzly screen is used at the top of the skip to avoid larger lumps from being fed to the mixer.<\/p>

When the hoist has lifted the skip to its unloading station, the dust cover above the feed opening is automatically moved out of the way and the hatch at the bottom of the skip is opened with the help of the side guide rails. This significantly reduces environmental dust formation.<\/p>

Skip wear protection can be implemented with various wear plate solutions, such as traditional wear resistant steels, but also with hard-faced plates, and the areas of highest wear can be lined with wear blocks to achieve maximum durability.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
